Ryan at a young age

it all started with our child

Ryan started our family's martial arts journey when he was six. He studied Taekwondo for several years. He was close to making 3rd Degree Blackbelt when he decided to switch to Jujitsu. When he turned 15, he left Jujitsu for Krav Maga.

Ryan now studies Krav and American Combat System when his college schedule allows.

Shawn Hill watched his son and wife train in Taekwondo, but wanted something different. A friend on the security team at church introduced him to Krav Maga, and he was instantly hooked. He is a 3rd Degree Blackbelt in Krav Maga. He has been teaching as a Certified IKI Krav Maga Instructor since 2016. He ls also a Blackbelt in American Combat System.

Jeannie started taking Taekwondo when Ryan made Blackbelt. After receiving her Blackbelt in Taekwondo, she became more interested in the self-defense side of martial arts and decided to join her husband in Krav Maga. She earned her blackbelt in Krav in 2023.

Roman Hill

When he was four, Roman wanted to "punch and kick" like the rest of the family. After reaching his goal of Blackbelt, he decided to pursue soccer and then drums instead of continuing martial arts. When he turned 15, he decided to give Krav Maga a try. He enjoys this martial arts style much better . . . possibly because he gets to put his mom in a headlock.
